Banned Books Week at Waterfield Library

Banned Books Week was last week (September 25-October 2)—a chance for all of us to celebrate our freedom to read.  Some of the  most frequently challenged books include:  The Perks of Being A Wallflower, To Kill A Mockingbird, the Twilight series, Catcher in the Rye, And Tango Makes Three, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, and The Color Purple.  Celebrate your freedom to read by checking these books out at Waterfield. To learn more about Banned and Challenged Books visit the About Banned and Challenged Books page on the American Libraries Association’s website .
